Responsibilities: 

To help Affiliate manager with day to day affiliate program administration tasks, which will include:

• Helping affiliate recruitment by researching MMORPG related sites and identifying webmasters for contact, identifying appropriate gaming forums / blog sites and posting pre-written posts that advertise the affiliate programs, and adding program description to affiliate directories.
• Investigating affiliate email queries that have been forwarded by the affiliate manager
• General administration of current affiliate programs – including updating links and banners for new games and investigating any tracking program bugs that may arise.
• Preparing commissions data for affiliate payment, updating bonus/loyalty program data bases.
• Moderate the affiliate blog site and forum
• Think of new and innovative ways to drive the affiliate programs success.
• Affiliate competition market research
• Researching gaming related websites and contacting where relevant to change out of date company details/reviews.
• Required to support other marketing areas where required

Required Skill set:

• Basic Excel
• Competent English literacy both spoken and written
• Excellent computer skills
• Analytical
• Good team player with ability to work on own initiative
• Have a high concern for attention to detail
• To be creative
• Ability to communicate effectively

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Proven track record for good results
• Good written and oral presentation skills
• Knowledge of popular video games a plus
• Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule, during any shift
